Shipping Policy

First and foremost, most orders will arrive inside of one week from order time. We ship from multiple locations in the USA, depending on the product ordered. We typically ship ground from either UPS, USPS, Fedex, or DHL. Again, that depends on current rates and the route to be shipped.

If you live within 5-10 miles of where the product you ordered is shipped from, it is not uncommon for us to run a local delivery and refund your shipping charges. You can DM us on Instagram if you would like any clarification on whether or not you can qualify for those savings.

Orders are processed daily. Some products are finished upon ordering, and that process starts within 24 hours of order. Any order whose products are inventoried at Mivallo HQ will typically be processed & shipped out within 24 hours, making for shipping times of 1-3 days from ordering.
