Returns and Refunds
While it is true, we will cry a river of tears if you need to return anything, your satisfaction is far more important. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we want to know about it. Here are a few guidelines for how to handle such situations. All Return and Refund requests must be handled within 14 days of you receiving the product. Product Errors:
If your product contains errors - print or embroidery mistakes, off center designs or noticeable errors where designs are placed, please contact us asap. Please take photos of the errors so we can address the issue as fast as possible. Often times, laying a product flat and taking a photo that includes the entire product is enough for us to see what went wrong.
Product Doesn’t Fit:
If your ordered product does not fit, email us first. The address that you will return to may be different depending on which product you ordered. We will send you an address to return to, and get you the right product asap. Please pay attention to product descriptions as some products generally run small, and some run big. We need to receive your returned item within 14 days of you receiving the product and it needs to be in the original shipped, brand new, condition, tags and all.
All Other Return and Refund Requests:
First thing to do is contact us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue as fast as possible.
